Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst - (FP & A -Analyst) hiring (1) in Dammam (AKG)
A prestigious industrial manufacturing company in Dammam are looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis - Analyst (FP & A -Analyst) with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections and performing research and analysis as required by the Group CFO. As a financial planning analyst, you will also be responsible for providing project teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly closing processes.
To be successful as, FP &A -Analyst you should be able to perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You should also have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
FP&A Role & Responsibilities:
⦁ Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin.
⦁ Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
⦁ Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
⦁ Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
⦁ Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.
⦁ Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
⦁ Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
⦁ Support the management team and Department Heads with data-driven analysis.
• Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Escalates any financial issues to management.
• Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Completes market research and comparable company analysis.
• Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
• Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
• Uses popular financial planning and analysis software.
• Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.

⦁ Other related software’s.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Must have an MBA majoring in economics, finance, statistics, accounting, or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Certified public accountants (CPA) or certified financial analysts (CFA) are also preferred.
• Must have at least 5 years of financial planning analysis experience in a medium and or large group of companies.
