Job Description:

Position Overview:
As a Detail Joinery Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in our design team, primarily focusing on the creation of detailed joinery drawings using AutoCAD. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure the accurate and precise representation of joinery components in various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and Design: Create detailed joinery drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD software, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

Material Selection: Collaborate with the project team to select appropriate materials for joinery components, considering factors like durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.

Dimensional Accuracy: Ensure all joinery drawings are accurate in terms of dimensions and scale, and that they meet the project's requirements.

Quality Control: Perform quality checks on joinery drawings to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors before final submission.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and integrate joinery designs seamlessly into the overall project.

Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of joinery drawings, revisions, and project changes.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all joinery drawings and designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Software Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest AutoCAD software features and improvements, and apply best practices in joinery drafting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Joinery Draughtsman or similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
