We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin and Documents Controller to manage office operations and ensure that all company documentation is well-maintained and up to date. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office administration and proper documentation for the company’s projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic document filing systems.
Ensure proper control, tracking, and retrieval of all company documents.
Review, update, and distribute company documents in accordance with corporate policies.
Coordinate with project managers and departments to gather, manage, and store project-related documents.
Handle office supplies and equipment procurement.
Support other departments as needed, including HR and Finance.
