Position: Butcher

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and expertly cut various types of meat, including Turkish kebabs and steaks, ensuring high-quality standards.
Ensure all cuts of meat are prepared to the exact specifications required by the kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the butchery area.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and availability of required cuts.
Qualifications:
Preferably 2+ years of experience as a Butcher in a fine dining environment.
Strong experience in preparing Turkish kebabs and steaks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Iqama must be transferable.
