Need Bike Riders For Riyadh

1. Rider Salary:
Monthly salary: 3000 SAR.
Minimum target: Riders must achieve a minimum of 365 orders per month to receive their full salary.

2. Salary Structure:
Earning threshold: Riders must complete a minimum of 35 orders per week or 144 orders per month to start earning.
Bonus: Riders will receive a bonus for each order completed beyond the minimum target of 365 orders per month.

3. License Requirement:
Riders must possess at least a car driving license Or Bike license to work in Riyadh.

4. Provided Equipment and allowances:
Provided by the company: Bikes, helmets, safety gear, bike chain, and a phone holder.
Petrol allowance: 400 SAR per month provided to riders.
Housing allowance 100 SAR

5. Initial Wallet Deduction:
Each rider's wallet in the app will be credited with 200 SAR at the beginning, which will be deducted from their salary in the first month to facilitate order reception.

6. Damage Responsibility:
Riders must sign an official promissory note for the bike amounting to 5000 SAR. Any damage to the bikes will be the responsibility of the rider.

7. Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided by the delivery company on the app's usage, operational procedures, and adherence to rules and regulations.

8. Residency Transfer:
No residency transfer is available for riders at the moment. Assessment for residency transfer will be conducted after 6 months of service, and only outstanding performers will be considered.
