Job Description :

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders. Answer any questions regarding menu items and promotions.
Cash Handling: Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the POS system. Maintain a balanced cash register throughout your shift.
Order Management: Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Ensure that orders are completed correctly and efficiently.
Food Safety: Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Ensure that the workspace is clean and organized.
Upselling: Promote menu items and special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Inventory Support: Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Email Reporting: Regularly report sales and inventory updates via email to the store manager, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during shifts
