URGENT HIRING Sales Coordinator

Seeking female Mechanical Engineer graduate with approximately 1 to 3 years' work experience to work in the role of Sales Assistant/Clerk.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer/Coordinator to drive sales of air terminal products (grilles, diffusers, dampers, and related HVAC equipment) in the local market. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing orders, and coordinating with production and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell HVAC products to contractors, consultants, and developers.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and project submittals.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Track inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and manage materials.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Experience: Minimum 1 years in HVAC or air distribution product sales, with GCC market experience preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
Other: Valid GCC driving license, willing to travel for site visits.

The ideal candidate will be presentable, very well organised, self-starter, smart working and have initiative to solve problems. If you are not a problem solver and self-starter this job is not suitable for you.
