Hiring Note For Microbiologist (Female) - Food Industry

Position: Microbiologist

Safana Ideal Company for Food Industry, a leading manufacturer of condiments (ketchup, mayonnaise, hot sauces, BBQ sauce, etc.), is seeking a talented Female Microbiologist to ensure our products meet the highest safety and quality standards. We are looking for a driven individual who can contribute to the continuous improvement of our food safety protocols and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Microbiological Testing and Analysis:
o Conduct routine microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
o Identify, isolate, and characterize microorganisms to ensure the safety and quality of products.
o Monitor environmental conditions in the factory to control microbial contamination.
2. Food Safety and Quality Control:
o Implement and maintain food safety programs such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
o Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and international standards.
o Investigate any microbiological quality issues and propose corrective actions.
3. Research and Development:
o Collaborate with the R&D team to enhance the shelf life and quality of new products.
o Participate in the development of innovative products with improved food safety characteristics.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of microbiological tests and quality control measures.
o Prepare detailed reports on findings and communicate results to management.
5. Training and Supervision:
o Provide training to production staff on microbiological hygiene and safety protocols.
o Oversee laboratory assistants or technicians if necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Masters degree or higher in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory, preferably within the food industry.
• Skills:
o Strong knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and food safety standards.
o Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and conducting experiments.
o Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
o Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
