Job Description:

Hexiqon General Contracting EST is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor with expertise in mechanical equipment installation on rental basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of various mechanical systems and equipment at our project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the installation of mechanical equipment.
Ensure that installation activities are completed according to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Manage a team of technicians and laborers to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure proper functioning and installation of equipment.
Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues on-site.
Maintain documentation and report progress to senior management.
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, with a focus on mechanical equipment installation.
Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Knowledge of industry safety standards and procedures.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Experience:

Experience working on large-scale industrial or construction projects.
Familiarity with Aramco standards and procedures will be an advantage.
