Operation Supervisor

We are Logistic company looking for operation supervisor for our food delivery project (Keeta - Riyadh).You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the company. This includes managing the DA's performance on time logins & on time delivery.
You will be a key leader in developing and implementing strategies and plans to improve department efficiency and increase volume of DA's.

Responsibilities: -

1. Oversee and coordinate all deliveries, receiving, and distribution operations.
2. Work closely with DA's to ensure timely delivery of food.
3. Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, support service, and cost savings.
4. Manage DA's and coordinate scheduling and workloads.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Monitor daily schedule, and adjust time sheet for DA's accordingly.
7. Track order fulfillment, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
8. Responsible for EOD report with the department manager.

Requirements: -

At least 2 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Strong command on Word, Excel.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate in English, Urdu , Arabic
