Manage and report on Help Desk ticketing.
• Maintaining hardware and software inventory.
• Install and configure computer workstation, laptop, POS, PDA hardware, software, and peripheral
equipment.
• Implement hardware and software maintenance and upgrades when required.
• Ensure that shared printers are working effectively, and replace toners and proactively manage
papers supply as necessary.

• Perform minor hardware repairs and install peripheral equipment.
• Assist users in setting up audio-visual tools in conference rooms.
• Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting
problems, and maintaining workstation performance
