Job Description : -

• Process all HR works such as
• New Arrival Employment arrangement in the worksite, staff accommodation and company transportation from accommodation to worksite & vice versa.

• Mobilization / Demobilization Process
• Complete allocations of the employee in the accommodation.
• Staffs records input and updates inside the accommodation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the staff accommodation premises.
• Provide the complete requirements of the staff accommodation from time to time.
• Monitor staff activities inside the accommodation and notify the HR Manager and respective line manager of any wrongdoing of the employees inside the accommodation premises.
• Provide information and assistance to staff related to accommodation needs.
• Monitor the new arrivals schedules and arrange their accommodation, airport pick-up, medicals and other facilities if necessary.
Assists the employees to coordinate with HR Manager & GR Specialist assistant to process the necessary Work Permit, Iqama and Driving License issuance and renewals.
