Construction Manager-Mechanical

Position: Construction Manager
Education: Mechanical Engineer
Experience:
• 5 years of experience in HVAC system
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Manager
Preference for HVAC, DCP, Data center Chilled Water Line experience
Responsibilities:
• Planning, time management, and oversight of construction projects
• Establishing benchmarks and evaluating project performance
• Managing relationships and communication with key stakeholders
• Resource management, procurement, and allocation
• Leading and supervising project teams, delegating tasks effectively
• Risk management and teamwork
• Evaluating project plans and team performance
• Financial planning, cash flow management, and budget evaluation
• Generating reports for senior management
• Reporting to Projects Manager
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• PMP and CAPM certifications are preferred
