Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

Location: Jeddah or Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality market, particularly in Jeddah or Tabuk, and will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients, with a focus on Jeddah or Tabuk markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and tour operators.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns targeting key markets in Jeddah or Tabuk.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the hotel and expand business opportunities.
Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve guest experience and service offerings.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and market trends.
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the hospitality industry in Jeddah or Tabuk.
Strong understanding of the local market and its key business sectors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales performance software.
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
