Looking For IT Admin Is Responsible For Daily Support For All IT Systems On Company

The Role:

The position of the IT Admin is responsible for daily support for all IT systems, Software/hardware, and servers for the employees around the entire company premises. Also responsible of all functions of the IT related, which includes employee relations, risk management, policy interpretation and administration.

Responsibility:

• Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server systems, supporting hardware/software, and user accounts
• Train/instruct users in proper use and security of all systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, resolve technical problems and issues related to computer hardware/software/LAN and WAN/internet.
• Respond to program error messages.
• Establish documents, test and communicate appropriate disaster recovery emergency procedures to follow.
• Provide network communications support and technical guidance. Refer major problems to vendors and technicians.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Consult with others to assess/analyze/resolve computing needs and system requirements.
• Inspect, test, and diagnose computer equipment/systems.
• Plan and coordinate information technology-related equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, system enhancements and network security measures.
• Provide end-user support for all applications.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices.
• Enter commands and activate controls on computers and equipment.
• Ensure all PCs/Servers are in good health by timely security updating. And ensure all PCs/Servers are up to date as far as antivirus definitions are concerned.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets.
• Prepares an accurate budget for the departmental and capital expenses.
• Effective inventory management and monitoring.
• Manage, update, test the physical security equipment (Access control, NVR, Camera)
• Manage, operate the mail Accounts (MS365 )
• Handling LAN/Wan network connectivity and policies
• Handling Network security, Mac address security, traffic analyzing / Control, Reports, load balancing.
• Making sure that company are complied with all NCA regulation
• Hands on experience on R&S & Security and WLL, Cisco, Fortinet, MS,DVR.


Qualifications
• Minimum of B.Sc. in Computer Science or BA in Networking Engineering.
• Proven experience for at least 5 years.
• Pre-opening experience in a similar role.
• ITIL Certificate.
• CCNA , CCNP, Ms certifications MCP MCSA , Ms system admin, exchange server …est.
• Experience with Hardware & Software and the IT applications (ERP, Manage Engine, MS 365, Bio Time)
