Position: Accounts, Sales and Operations Specialist
Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced candidates with a robust background in accounts, sales, and operations. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts, 2 - 3 years of Sales & Operations experience specifically in Saudi Arabia, and a solid understanding of basic and ERP operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts:
- Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and detailed reports for management.
- Conduct audits and assist in financial forecasting and budgeting.
2. Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Analyze market trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Operations:
- Oversee daily operations to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Support the implementation and management of ERP systems to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize operational workflows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- At least 2 - 3 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the logistics or cargo sector.
- Strong understanding of operations management and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
