Job Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas Civil construction and site management activities.

Experience in following:-

•⁠ ⁠PC building works
•⁠ ⁠Site preparation / Cutting, filling and leveling
•⁠ ⁠Asphalt paving / marl paving / Fence work etc..
•⁠ ⁠Pipe rack and Heavy equipment foundation works
•⁠ ⁠Familiar in Aramco and Sabic Standards
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and building construction projects

Key requirement:-

•⁠ ⁠Capability to handle the project independently
•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.
•⁠ ⁠Site total control and schedule management.
•⁠ ⁠Manage manpower and equipment
•⁠ ⁠Maintain the client relation
•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices, creating a secure and compliant working environment.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare, review, and present project documentation, including cost estimates, progress reports, and technical analysis.
•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required
