Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Al Hadeel International Trading Company, a leading food distributor in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support and streamline our daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient supply chain processes, manage logistics, and contribute to smooth coordination between departments.



Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operational activities across procurement, warehouse, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of products.
Monitor and track the movement of goods, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to wholesale, retail, and HORECA clients.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain efficient workflows.
Assist in planning and optimizing transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout operations.
Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
Assist in inventory control and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels.
Support the operations team in implementing new processes and improving existing ones.


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations coordination role, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various aspects of operations simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solving logistical challenges efficiently.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Language: Fluency in English is required; conversational Arabic is a must.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Knowledge of the food distribution industry and its operational needs.
