Al Taabeer Contracting Company is seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our dynamic culinary team. If you have a love for baking and a commitment to creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
-Mix and knead dough according to specific recipes.
-Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
-Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques and styles.
-Ensure all baked items meet health and safety standards.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role (preferred).
-Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
-Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
-Creativity in developing new recipes and decorating baked goods.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
