Al Taabeer Contracting Company is looking for a skilled Food Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food production, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support the development of high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing new food products and improving existing ones.
-Conduct quality control tests to ensure compliance with safety standards.
-Perform microbiological and chemical analyses to detect contaminants.
-Monitor production processes to maintain product consistency and prevent defects.
-Coordinate with production teams to implement new recipes or processes.
-Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, tests, and production data.

Requirements:
-Degree or diploma in food science, microbiology, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a food production or laboratory environment.
-Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
-Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and equipment.
-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
