Role Overview
A Technical Manager in the Concrete Admixture industry is responsible for providing technical support, product development, and quality assurance for admixture products. This role requires a deep understanding of concrete technology, chemistry, and admixture applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, distributors, and sales teams regarding admixture product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
Product Development: Lead the development of new admixture products, conducting research, testing, and formulation to meet market needs and industry standards.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure that admixture products meet specified standards and specifications.
Technical Training: Develop and deliver technical training programs to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing their understanding of admixture products and applications.
Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that admixture products comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product data sheets, safety data sheets, and technical bulletins.
Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to admixture products, providing timely solutions to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of concrete technology, chemistry, and admixture applications.
Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a laboratory environment, including conducting experiments and analyzing data.
