Job Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
Project Planning and Development:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Identify project resources and allocate tasks accordingly.
Team Coordination and Leadership
• Lead and motivate project teams to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
Stakeholder Management:
• Identify and engage with project stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.
Budget and Cost Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
• Report on project financial performance and variances.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement contingency plans as necessary.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.
• Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Document lessons learned and project post-mortem analysis.
Change Management:
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Ensure change requests are evaluated, approved, and implemented effectively.
• Communicate changes and their impact to stakeholders and team members.
Performance Monitoring and Control:
• Track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Use project management tools and techniques to monitor project performance.
• Implement corrective actions to address deviations from the project plan.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Address client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
• 20 Years as a project manager at KSA
• Must have PMP certificate
• Civil or electrical engineering degree
• perfect Arabic and English RWS Immediate joining
Salary: 20,000
