Job Title: Heavy Truck Foreman (Iqama Transferrable)
Location: Jubail City, Saudi Arabia
Interview Location: In-Person, Jubail City
Basic: 2,000, Food Allowance: 250 SAR, Accommodation and Transportation will be provided by the company
Job Summary: The Heavy Truck Foreman oversees the maintenance and repair operations of heavy trucks and equipment. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead, train, and mentor a team of heavy truck technicians.
o Assign work tasks and prioritize repairs to optimize workflow and productivity.
o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
o Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of heavy trucks, ensuring all work is completed to high standards.
o Ensure that repairs are done efficiently and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
o Manage parts and inventory for the shop, ensuring availability of necessary tools and materials.
o Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in diesel mechanics or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in heavy truck repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of heavy truck systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
