QC Manager (16K) Salary

#Salary: Max of 16,000 SAR/ Monthly

#Position: QC Manager

#Location: KSA/ City: Neom

#Sector: Contracting and Construction

Description:

-Set department plans and programs as part of the division plan to achieve the division’s functional strategies.
-Define and execute plans for development and increasing productivity for the department.
-Control the financial and technical performance of the department, setting Key Performance Indicators for monitoring.
-Issue regulations, technical, and administrative decisions to achieve plans and programs.
-Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to review progress and workflow.
-Prepare periodic reports on activities and achievements for submission to direct supervisors.
-Specify manpower requirements and identify training needs of subordinates.


Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
-Certified as a quality management system lead auditor ISO 9001, capable of conducting internal/external audits based on ISO 19011.
-8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
