Job Summary

IT supervisor provides architectural expertise, direction, and leadership to IT Directors, IT Project Managers, IT Software Engineers, other IT Software Architects, and software development teams.

Duties and Job responsibilities

Maintain IT policies and procedures for assigned area consistent with Institute policy
Develop Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
Develop standard operating procedures and ensure team members follow industry standard ‘best practice’
Confer with and supervise subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods
Provide support and guidance to other team members in the Software Development Lifecycle processes such as reviewing, designing and testing
Performance, scalability, durability, and load testing of Connected Vehicle and Ford Pass consumer solutions
Cross-function engagement as it will be aligned predominantly to the Product Development feature owners, Marketing & Sales business partners, and application delivery teams
