Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Operation Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily activities of our delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and driving performance to meet targets, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily delivery activities of an assigned team of riders.

Motivate and encourage riders to meet and exceed the daily target of 15+ orders.

Ensure riders adhere to company dress code and wear safety gear.

Provide on-ground support to riders and resolve daily operational issues.

Handle and minimise daily ticket submissions by assisting riders.

Monitor riders' monthly acceptance rate to ensure it stays above 90%.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are clean and well-maintained.

Manage the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition and scheduling any necessary maintenance or repairs.

Ensure riders comply with TGA (Transport General Authority) rules and regulations.

Resolve any issues or concerns raised by riders regarding their accommodation.

Submit weekly reports on underperforming riders, including reasons and recommended solutions.

Manage and update riders’ platform IDs (Hungerstation, Chefz, Ninja, etc.) to meet target orders.

Allocate riders to various areas based on operational needs.

Oversee riders' shift bookings, ensuring each shift lasts a minimum of 10 hours.

Ensure the performance sheet is updated daily by 11 AM.

Report rule violations and issues to the operation manager in the 2-level support WhatsApp group.

Report accidents and incidents immediately in the designated WhatsApp group.

Comply with and enforce all company rules and instructions.

Requirements:



Proven ability to effectively communicate, influence, and manage a team of delivery riders.

Minimum 03-05 years of experience in fleet management

Professional appearance and good presentation skills.

Previous experience in a delivery operation supervisory role is essential.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of prioritisation and task management.
