Required position: 10 male or female
Role: Car accessories Salesman
Age: 20 years to 35 years maximum
Salary: SR 2000 plus if good experiance (negotiatable)
Location: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and other cities in KSA
Experiance: 1 year and above in same or similar field
Language: Must have skills of English and Arabic as salesmanship

Overview of the role:

Collaborating with the Accessories Manager to attract over 100 customers each month, helping achieve monthly and annual sales targets as well as penetration goals.



What you will do (Responsibilities):

Sales Targets : Ensuring Monthly Targets are Achieved as per the budget. Managing and responsible for all the sales Documentation and Invoicing.
Product Management : To support the sales achievement by developing new products for accessories.Conceptualize and develop new Accessories from ideation to launch, ensuring they align with customer expectations.
Stakeholder management: Work with Car Workshop and keep updating the customer, ensure the delivery timelines are met as per the commitment to customer.
Stock Monitoring
Ensure compliance of HSSE standard.



Required Skills to be successful:

Sales and Product development experience in Automotive Accessories
Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices
Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products
Effective focus on customer communication and retention


About the Team:

This role reports to the Accessories Product Manager and you will be an individual contributor interacting with mutiple stake holders.
