Petroleum Vision, a division of EMKAN Holdings in Dammam, is looking for an experienced Pipeline Project Manager to lead our newly awarded Saudi Aramco project in the Qatif Area. If you have the expertise and drive to lead high-impact projects, we want to hear from you!

We are working on multiple Saudi Aramco projects, including pipeline construction, maintenance, and shutdowns, offering a dynamic role in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-country pipeline projects, PMT, and shutdown operations.
Oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects to meet safety, quality, and budget goals.
Coordinate with Saudi Aramco and stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and standards.
Track progress, allocate resources, and mitigate risks to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
Conduct regular project reviews, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members, exhibiting leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
Minimum of 10 years in project management for Saudi Aramco Oil & Gas projects.
Prior Saudi Aramco approval as a Project Manager.
Professional certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) or AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering).
