Estimation & Proposal Engineer (Civil) - 2 Required

Bachelor in Engineering (Civil)

Experience:
Minimum 5 to 10 Years as Estimation & Proposal Engineer in Saudi Arabia for project in Saudi Aramco and other entities.

Required Skills / Experience:
Deep Drawing Understanding, Excellent understanding on the required as per SOW Site Visits, Material Quotation, Pre-Bid & Post Bid Meetings
Quantity Extraction, BOQ Formation, Tendering, Bidding, Planning
Active Involvement and oversee the techno-commercial proposal.
Leading the bidding and estimation department and development of detailed and competitive proposals.
Will handle Proposal reviews, write ups and comparisons.
Ensure that proposals meet all client requirements and are submitted within deadlines.
Good salary package awaits. This is an urgent requirement.
