Sales Specialist - Aluminum Systems



Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Specialist with a background in engineering, specifically in the field of aluminum systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and an in-depth understanding of aluminum systems, including their applications and technical specifications. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical expertise to meet customer needs.



Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell aluminum systems and solutions to clients in various industries.

• Identify and engage potential customers, building a strong pipeline of leads through networking, research, and industry events.

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of aluminum systems.

• Provide technical consultation and support to clients, understanding their specific requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met and technical challenges are addressed.

• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful deal closure.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.



Qualifications:



• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or a related field preferred).

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, specifically in aluminum systems or related industries.

• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, applications, and installation processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel as required.
