Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager
Work place: Al-Khobar city

Note : Hotel experience only

Key Responsibilities:

1- Develop and Implement Integrated Marketing Strategies:

* Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the hotel’s -strategic goals, including digital marketing, public relations, promotional campaigns, and partnerships with relevant stakeholders.

* Conduct market analysis to understand current trends, identify available opportunities, and analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.

2- Manage Marketing Campaigns:

* Launch and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital and traditional campaigns) to increase brand awareness and attract more customers.

* Monitor campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and provide regular reports to senior management, suggesting necessary improvements and adjustments.

3- Public Relations and Media Communication:

* Build and strengthen relationships with media outlets and influencers to enhance positive media coverage for the hotel.

* Oversee the release of press statements and media content in line with the brand identity.

4- Marketing Performance Analysis:

* Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance, calculate return on investment (ROI), and develop alternative strategies for improving outcomes.

* Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media management platforms to provide actionable insights.

5- Manage the Marketing Team:

* Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve set objectives while fostering their professional development through ongoing training and mentoring.

* Promote a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.

6- Marketing Budget Management:

* Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization with a focus on enhancing revenues and reducing costs.
Continuously monitor expenses to ensure alignment with the hotel's financial goals.

7- Coordination with Internal Departments:

* Work closely with the Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations departments to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and market needs.

* Contribute to developing package offers and services in line with customer needs and competition.

8- Brand Development:

* Manage and enhance the visual and verbal identity of the brand to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

* Identify collaboration opportunities with brands and partners to expand the brand’s presence and increase its market appeal.
