Required BA Business Ambassador (Sales Executive)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Business Ambassador (BA) to join our team and drive brand growth in the smartphone market. As a BA, you will be responsible for promoting our brand, strengthening retailer relationships, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of retail sales dynamics. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building with Retailers: Engage with and develop strong relationships with Independent Retail (IR) partners to increase brand awareness and loyalty.


2. Merchandising & POS Deployment: Ensure effective in-store branding by deploying Point of Sale (POS) materials and maintaining merchandising standards to optimize product visibility and appeal.


3. Retail Training: Conduct training sessions for retail staff, enhancing their product knowledge and empowering them to better sell and support customers.


4. End-User Interaction: Directly engage with end users to demonstrate product features, answer questions, and collect feedback to foster brand loyalty and improve customer experience.


5. Sales Responsibility: Monitor and drive Sell-Through and Sell-Out targets, ensuring our products consistently perform well in the market.


6. Distributor Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the distributor's sales team, providing on-the-ground insights, in-store support, and assistance with promotional activities.


7. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit daily sales reports in Excel, Deliver Notes, and POE (Proof of Execution) presentations in PowerPoint to provide a clear view of market activity and sales performance.



Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for retailer and customer engagement

Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with well-spoken abilities in both languages

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for report generation and presentations

Understanding of retail dynamics, with a focus on Sell-Through and Sell-Out strategies

Ability to conduct training sessions and drive merchandising initiatives

Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Must know major Mobile markets in Dammam and khobar

Must have car

Must have a laptop


Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or sales within the smartphone industry or a similar field
