 Quality Control: Monitoring product quality, making adjustments as necessary, and ensuring that specifications are met
 Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment life


o Folder Glue Operator
 Machine Operation: Proficient in setting up and operating folder-gluer machines to ensure efficient production.
 Setup and Adjustments: Skill in configuring machines for different jobs, including changing glue types, adjusting fold settings, and ensuring correct alignment of materials.
 Quality Control: Monitoring output for quality, checking for proper folds, glue application, and overall consistency. Making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
 Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts
 Familiarity with various types of folder-gluer machines and their operations.
 Strong focus on accuracy to ensure high-quality finished products



o Sakurai UV Operator
 Machine Operation: Proficiently operating Sakurai UV printing presses, including setup, adjustments, and monitoring of the printing process.
 Setup and Calibration: Configuring the machine for different print jobs, including adjusting ink settings, substrate types, and curing speeds.
 Quality Control: Inspecting printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and overall quality, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications.
 Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to printing quality, ink flow, or mechanical malfunctions to minimize downtime.
 Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on the printing machine, such as cleaning rollers and screens, replacing parts, and ensuring the UV system is functioning properly.
 Understanding of UV printing technology, including the chemistry of UV inks and the curing process.
 Strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards and consistency in print jobs.
 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues quickly.







o Technical Engineer
 Design Development: Collaborating with design teams to create packaging concepts using CAD software, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
 Technical Specifications: Developing and maintaining technical specifications for packaging materials, including dimensions, materials, and production processes.
 Material Selection: Evaluating and selecting appropriate materials for packaging based on product requirements, sustainability goals, and cost-effectiveness.
 Prototyping: Creating prototypes of packaging designs, using tools like 3D printers or sample runs to assess design viability and performance.
 Testing and Validation: Conducting tests to ensure packaging meets industry standards and customer requirements, including durability, shelf life, and compliance.
 Collaboration: Working closely with production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet production timelines.
