Job Position: Procurement Officer

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in steel fabrication and erection.

Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of steel structures and materials used in steel fabrication.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills:

Solid market knowledge and awareness of steel and construction material suppliers.
Vendor management skills, including negotiation, vendor evaluation, and relationship building.
Ability to assess material quality and specifications to meet project requirements.

Key features:
Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to manage procurement schedules and coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
