Host & Event Representative

Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host & Event Representative to lead kids' birthday parties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for working with children, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming families, coordinating party activities, and ensuring a fun and seamless experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in processes for birthday parties.
Provide information about the event schedule, activities, and safety protocols.
Engage with children and families to create an energetic and fun atmosphere.
Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure smooth party operations.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collect feedback from parents and children to enhance future events.

Qualifications:

Strong command of English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or customer service preferred.
Experience working with children is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
