Al Hadeel International Trading Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be ready to work anywhere in KSA and have a proven track record of success in counter sales.

Experience: Minimum 3 years

NOTE: - FMCG experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the sales counter.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Manage inventory levels at the sales counter, including restocking and organizing products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets and goals.
- Keep the sales area clean and organized to create an inviting shopping environment.
Requirements:
- a degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in counter sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Must be willing to travel and work anywhere in KSA.
