PRODUCTION MANAGER REQUIRED FOR FURNITURE FACTORY

A well reputed Furniture Manufacturing Company in Bahrain is looking for a Production Manager:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, train, and supervise production staff to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
2. Coordinate and assign work to production staff based on daily production schedules.
3. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback to HR Dept..
4. Oversee the entire production process, from Cutting, Lipping, Boring to Assembling & Fixing.
5. Ensure that production targets are met, optimizing the use of materials, labor and equipment.
6. Coordinate with the Production team to ensure all machinery is properly maintained and any issues are addressed promptly.
7. Ensure that all products meet the quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
8. Implement and monitor quality control processes, conducting regular inspections and audits.
9. Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including and not limited to proper use of PPE.
11. Investigate and report any workplace accidents or incidents.
12. Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials, packaging supplies and finished goods.
13. Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a Fit out/Joinery Field.
• Experience with Carpentry, Fitout & thorough knowledge of Shop Drawings is highly desirable.
