Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is a plus)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the facility management or related industry
* Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting
* Knowledge of relevant financial legislation and regulatory frameworks
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
