Manage day-to-day accounting functions including, but not limited to, entering, processing, and reconciling accounts payable.
Manage all accounting transactions.
Publish financial statements on time.
Manage and process invoices for payment.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payables and receivables.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Enter transactions in accounting systems and allocate entries to proper accounts.
Maintain and review the books of accounts for all company entities.
Manage office expenses, process payments by verifying documentation.
Conduct and monitor all payments and expenses.
Keep daily record of invoices received.
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
