Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
Ensure all products meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
Monitor and maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
Follow recipes accurately and adjust as needed for flavor and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Creativity in developing new recipes and presentation styles.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
