Sales And Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote electromechanical, construction, and manpower services to new and existing clients.
Identify and generate leads, prepare sales pitches, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards.
Handle authority approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for projects.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to expand business networks.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic actions for business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering degree preferred, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in electromechanical services, construction, or manpower supply.
Experience in handling authority approvals and working with regulatory bodies.
Strong understanding of the services offered by the industry and the ability to match them with client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
