HR - Human Resources Representative

Role Overview:

As an HR Representative, you will be acting as a primary account manager for all HR-related services. Your primary responsibility will be managing and executing HR operations through various government portals, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as an account manager for clients, managing their HR needs
-Utilize government portals, including Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS, to manage employee records, work permits, and payroll compliance.
-Assist in HR administration tasks, including onboarding, visa processing, and employee mobility.
-Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
-Liaise between clients and AHTARAFION to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
-Manage employee documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
-Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.


Qualifications:

-1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
-Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent.
-Strong knowledge and experience using government portals such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS.
-Proficiency in English (required).
-Experience working in Saudi Arabia with a good understanding of labor regulations.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
