Job description:
Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and on schedule, while ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in managing fire installation projects from initiation to completion.

Role:
Lead and manage fire protection system installation projects, ensuring that all work meets company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and communicate these to the project team.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure that installations adhere to quality and safety standards.
Manage project risks by proactively identifying potential issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients, providing updates on budget, schedule, and key milestones.
Supervise and mentor project team members, promoting a culture of teamwork, quality, and safety.
Manage project resources effectively, optimizing costs and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Qualification:
Minimum of 5years of experience as a Project Manager in fire protection, construction, or a related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing complex installation projects.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and coordinate with teams effectively.
