We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager, who is European, presentable and has at least 2 years management experience in the hospitality industry, either locally or abroad.

BTEC, OND, or equivalent in a relevant subject
Intermediate Food Safety Certification
Personal License Holder
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Rezlynx, Epos)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a commercial catering operation
Proven record of effective financial management and budget controls
Experience providing service to diverse customer types
Ability to handle sensitive matters with senior staff
Skills:
Strong leadership, decision-making, and motivational abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Customer service orientation and attention to detail
Ability to identify commercial opportunities and deliver timely solutions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a varied workload
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business plans for food and beverage operations
Ensure exceptional service levels and guest satisfaction
Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative environment
