Job Summary
The Project Manager will act as the primary staff member responsible for all activities at the project site, ensuring the successful execution of company projects/contracts. This role involves managing technical matters, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that deliverables are completed within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning and Management:
o Design and implement project management standards and processes.
o Create and monitor detailed project plans, stage plans, and contingency plans.
o Manage resources effectively and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Team and Stakeholder Coordination:
o Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
o Delegate and oversee project assurance roles within reporting structures.
o Foster effective communication across civil and MEP teams for smooth execution.
• Risk and Quality Management:
o Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Ensure adherence to quality and technical standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
o Track overall progress, prepare weekly reports, and maintain project schedules.
o Report project status through highlight reports and end-stage assessments.
o Conduct project evaluation reviews and recommend follow-up actions.
• Resource and Administration Management:
o Determine manpower requirements and assign resources accordingly.
o Oversee procurement and scheduling of materials to meet project timelines.
o Evaluate project team performance and approve invoices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

Experience
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 3–4 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in industrial construction projects, including coordination of Civil and MEP teams.
• In-depth knowledge of all civil and MEP construction activities.
