Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Operator at Soumha in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Care Operator will be responsible for providing daily operational support, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Expertise:
1. Customer Service, Problem-solving, and Conflict Resolution skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
6. Fluency in Arabic and English languages
7. Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
