We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Camp Boss to join our manpower company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing labor camps, ensuring smooth operations, and providing daily reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of labor camps and ensure proper accommodation, safety, and discipline.
Maintain and update records related to labor allocation, attendance, and requirements.
Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors to address workers' concerns and ensure smooth workflows.
Submit detailed daily reports on camp operations, issues, and resolutions to the management.
Supervise camp staff and ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in reporting and record-keeping.
Understanding of safety and hygiene standards.
