Job Responsibilities;
1. Good Communication Knowledge.
2. Must know invoicing.
3. Make payment to vendor.
4. Receive, review, and process incoming documents.
5. Maintain an organized filing system and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
6. Track and manage the status of documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately recorded.
7. Monitor deadlines for document submissions and approvals.
8. Maintain records of document revisions and updates.
9. Verify that documents meet organizational standards and comply with relevant regulations.
10. Generate reports on document status, updates, and other relevant metrics.
11.Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth document flow.
Job Qualifications
1. Good Knowledge in MS Office tools Specially in Excel.
2. Good Communication knowledge in Arabic & English.
3. Minimum bachelors in accounts or documentation.
