Products Manager - HOME APPLIANCES AND AIR CONDITIONS.

Essential Requirements:

Handling Multiple brands of Air Conditions & Home Appliances products.

End to end responsibility for category strategy, sales, Gross Profit, and Market shares.

Study and analyze the market to define category strategy and roadmap.

Negotiate the yearly contracts with suppliers.

Negotiate quarterly and monthly plans with the supplier to maximize companies benefits.

Analyze internal and external data to determine the category monthly plan.

Conduct monthly forecast and sales plan for the category.

Ownership to deliver the target GP.

Product training for sales team. Cooperate internally and align with different departments to deliver on assigned targets.

Regular market visit and ensure best offering to the consumer in terms of product range, and services.

Price scan and take necessary action to ensure company's competitiveness.

communicate with the sales and frontline price lists, new launches, and any product relevant information.

Deliver the stocks within a timeline and ensure the stock availability.

Allocate stocks to stores and stock rotation when needed.

Track product performance and determine slow moving and dead stocks.

Mange with the suppliers and stores to get rid of slow moving and dead stocks.

Track stock level across company's network (warehouse, and stores).

Create strong promotions with the alignment with business partners and suppliers.

Track vendor compensations and rebate programs.


Requirements:

Strong knowledge about product planning especially in Electronics – Home Appliances and retail industry.

Minimum 5 Years of experience in the same role.

Should be familiar communicating on investment issues.
