1- Collect & review shipping docs from Foreign suppliers.
2- Communicate with Forwarders for RFQ and assign shipments based on rates /service / transit time
3- Coordinate & Track shipments for clearance processes and ensure timely delivery.
4- Reviewing and verifying the Customs Bayan based customs duties tariffs and HS codes.
5- Coordinate with Warehouse team for goods receiving and Ensure verify Goods receipt on ERP system.
6- Handle payments follow up for Forwarders & Brokers.
